Procurement Personnel – Hotel Supplies Management

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Procurement Personnel to manage the purchasing of goods and services for our hotel. The role ensures that all departments receive quality supplies at the best value, supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source reliable suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, linens, cleaning materials, and other hotel supplies.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports.
• Collaborate with department heads (kitchen, housekeeping, front office, etc.) to forecast and fulfill supply needs.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Inspect delivered goods for quality, accuracy, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with the hotel’s financial and operational policies.
• Report market trends, supplier performance, and procurement challenges to management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within hospitality.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and achieve cost efficiencies.
• Good organizational skills for maintaining records and inventory data.
• Capability to work closely with multiple department heads and understand their supply requirements.
• Knowledge of compliance with financial and operational policies.
