About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer to source and procure goods and services for our hospitality clients in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State area. The role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting cost‑effective procurement.
Key responsibilities
- Source and procure goods and services for hospitality clients and operations, ensuring best value and compliance with standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchase orders to maintain strong partnerships.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of procured items, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
- Support cost‑effective procurement strategies for hospitality businesses, identifying savings opportunities.
Required profile
- Hold a Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of procurement experience within the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrate knowledge of procurement regulations and effective supplier management practices.
- Possess strong negotiation and communication abilities.
