About the role
The Hotel Capitol, a modern three‑star hotel in Omole Phase 1, Lagos, is seeking a diligent Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and acquisition of goods and services. You will ensure the hotel receives the best value, quality, and price while supporting its operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with hotel needs.
- Research, vet, and select reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and oversee delivery and quality assurance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts on an ongoing basis.
Required profile
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Analytical and negotiation skills.
- Residence in or around Ojodu Berger and its environs.
