Procurement Officer – Full-time in Ibadan

About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities for MarbleClear Limited in Ibadan. The role includes preparing purchase requisitions, obtaining vendor quotations, converting requisitions to purchase orders, and coordinating goods receipt and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and upload vendor quotations for manager approval, convert PRs to purchase orders and follow up on PO payments.
• Coordinate goods receipt notes (GRN) and store documentation after material delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure reliable supply.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate and onboard new suppliers, opening new supplier accounts as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, implement inventory control procedures and ensure optimal stock.
• Review supplier quotations, proposals and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle end‑to‑end import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, SONCAP, PAAR, Form M and customs clearance paperwork.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders and government agencies to achieve timely clearance and delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement and customs records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Nigerian import regulations and documentation (NAFDAC, SONCAP, Form M, PAAR, Customs Clearance).

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from N400,000 to N450,000.
• Full‑time permanent employment.
