About the role
The Procurement Analyst will support the Bank’s end‑to‑end procurement operations as it expands nationally. Reporting to the Finance department, the analyst will help optimise costs, ensure vendor governance and maintain strong internal controls across all states of operation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition through vendor payment, ensuring alignment with budgets and authority limits.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, due‑diligence, KYC documentation and maintain the approved vendor database.
- Conduct price comparisons, spend analysis and identify cost‑saving opportunities, including vendor consolidation and framework agreements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls and audit requirements, maintaining complete audit trails.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports, spend analyses, SLA performance and cost‑savings tracking, and maintain dashboards.
- Liaise with Finance, Operations, IT and regional offices to support cross‑functional procurement activities.
