Power Platform Developer / RPA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with a focus on RPA to lead projects, design solutions and mentor on‑ and offshore teams. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end Power Platform implementations that drive digital transformation for strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, design sessions and create deliverables such as mock‑ups and flow diagrams.
• Architect, build and govern Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL and Dynamics 365.
• Manage solution lifecycle, including administration, governance, on‑premises data gateways and the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit.
• Collaborate with project managers, IT and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical designs.
• Define and enforce best practices, operational processes and security models for Power Platform services.
• Provide hands‑on development, code reviews, mentoring and act as a technical SME in workshops.
• Identify and grow new opportunities in strategic accounts together with the business development team.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of progressive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Microsoft Power Platform certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, act as Scrum Master and manage tasks in JIRA.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions.
