Pool & Gym Attendant – Full‑time in Abuja

About the role

Casalavoro Limited is seeking a dedicated Pool & Gym Attendant to join its CasaLavoro Residence team in Abuja. You will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience of the pool and gym facilities, providing a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pool and gym areas to guarantee guest safety and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the pool, gym, locker rooms, and equipment at all times.
• Greet guests courteously, offering information on equipment use and facility rules.
• Monitor guest behavior, enforce rules, and prevent accidents or misuse of equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, notify management, and administer basic first aid when needed.
• Conduct daily checks of water quality, pool equipment, and gym machines, ensuring safety equipment is functional.
• Distribute towels, replenish toiletries, drinking water, and other guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards to the facility manager.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a pool, gym, or facility attendant in a hotel, residence, or fitness centre.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations for recreational facilities.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and lifting tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and shift schedules as required.

Required skills

• Basic first aid or lifesaving training (preferred).
