About the role
A leading manufacturing company in Lagos is looking for an experienced Plastics Engineer to support the design, production, and optimisation of plastic products and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Optimise plastic blow‑moulding and production processes.
- Troubleshoot machinery such as extruders and accumulators.
- Support product design, tooling, material selection and process improvements.
- Analyse production data and recommend solutions.
- Ensure products meet quality and technical specifications while collaborating with production and engineering teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Polymer/Materials Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of plastics manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of PET/HDPE materials and plastic processing.
- Basic CAD knowledge (SolidWorks or AutoCAD).
