Pig Farm Worker

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pig Farm Worker to join our team at Kenex Konsults International in Delta, Marina. The role involves daily care and management of pigs, ensuring their health, nutrition, and the overall cleanliness of the farm environment.

Key responsibilities

• Feed pigs according to farm schedules and guidelines.
• Clean pig pens, feeding areas, and farm facilities regularly.
• Monitor the health and condition of pigs and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with vaccination, medication, and basic animal care when required.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards on the farm.
• Support breeding, weaning, and movement of pigs as needed.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of feed or livestock.
• Operate and maintain basic farm tools and equipment.
• Follow farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
• Carry out other farm duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification or relevant farming experience.
• Previous experience in livestock or pig farming is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding farm activities.
• Willingness to work outdoors and around animals.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and reliable.
• Basic knowledge of animal care is an added advantage.
