Pharmacist – Clinical Pharmacy Role

About the role
The Pharmacist will provide effective medication use, counseling and clinical risk management to support patient health outcomes within EHA Clinics' pharmacy unit.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications according to physician orders and maintain accurate pharmacy records.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, legality and ensure safe labeling and stocking of medicines.
- Provide patient education, counseling and emotional support, documenting all interactions.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, keep the drug formulary up‑to‑date and oversee clinical risk management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, M.Pharm or PharmD with a valid PCN practicing license.
- Minimum two years post‑NYSC pharmacy experience in private or public sector, preferably with public health exposure.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
