People Business Partner

About the role

AB InBev is seeking a People Business Partner to support multiple departments in the Marina region of Nigeria. The role will drive strategic HR initiatives, provide expert advice to line managers, and ensure the health of talent and people practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor HR processes, coaching line managers to ensure excellent execution.
• Translate business needs into actionable people plans and contribute to the annual Capability Strategy.
• Diagnose performance issues and collaborate with specialist teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP HR and provide reporting for business insights.
• Support employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in HR Operations governance to improve service quality and cost.
• Drive competency assessments, L&D initiatives, and coaching development for managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or large‑scale environment.
• Proven ability to partner with line managers and influence people strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• SAP HR system proficiency.
