About the role
Blu Cakes is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef/Baker to join our team in Port Harcourt. The role involves preparing a wide range of baked goods and creating custom cake designs for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including custom cakes, bread, and pastries.
- Decorate cakes according to customer specifications.
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
Required profile
- Age between 25 and 30 years.
- Male candidate.
- Resides in Alakahia and surrounding areas.
- Diploma or certificate in baking/pastry arts.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a bakery or pastry shop.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Cake decoration.
