Part‑time Marketing Associate – Travel Services

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time marketer to promote our travel agency services, engage with prospective and existing clients, and help increase brand visibility across strategic locations.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients to promote travel agency services and enroll them as customers.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and existing clients.
• Oversee customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Identify and visit strategic locations, including conference centers, to promote the brand.
• Coordinate with radio stations to play promotional jingles and manage marketing activities.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase customer engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
