About the role

As a Marketing Growth Business Partner you will help amplify Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform through content, community engagement and thought leadership. The role is fully remote, referral‑based and offers flexible hours, allowing you to work independently while driving adoption of our hiring solution.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to your professional network and relevant communities.
• Share how the platform transforms hiring processes and reduces screening time.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for prospective users, answering questions and guiding them through adoption.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve product features and partner programs.
• Operate autonomously and earn commissions based on revenue generated from introduced companies.

Required profile

• Content creators, community builders, or HR influencers with an audience in business, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
• Self‑driven, creative mindset focused on growth and results.
