Operations & Social Media Personnel

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Social Media Personnel to join our early‑stage fantasy football platform. You will manage our social presence, drive player acquisition, and support day‑to‑day platform operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our X and Instagram accounts, promoting contests, freerolls, mini‑leagues and platform features.
• Respond to comments, mentions and direct messages in a timely manner.
• Develop ideas to attract new players, promote invite codes, referral campaigns and engage Nigerian football and FPL communities.
• Identify and liaise with creators, community pages and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor scheduled contests, freerolls and important FPL deadlines, ensuring all public information is accurate.
• Assist users with onboarding questions and routine platform issues.
• Provide regular summaries of growth metrics, user feedback and unresolved issues.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of football, especially the English Premier League and Fantasy Premier League.
• Experience managing social media accounts, online communities or digital campaigns.
• Excellent written English with an engaging communication style.
• Good judgement for publishing time‑sensitive or promotional content.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly during match and FPL periods.
• Reliable internet access and availability during agreed working hours.
