Operations Officer – Real Estate & Digital Platform

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Officer to support Zouse’s real‑estate and digital platform activities. You will help set up operational systems, maintain documentation, and work closely with the tech team to align property operations with our app.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup and management of operational systems guiding Zouse’s real‑estate and digital platform activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including property records, partnership agreements, internal reports, and compliance files.
• Conduct market and feasibility research to inform product development, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Collaborate with the tech team to align real‑estate operations with the Zouse app.
• Assist in developing partnerships with agents, developers, and service providers to grow the Zouse ecosystem.
• Contribute to revenue strategy by identifying new business models and services.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Estate Management or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in real‑estate operations, property management, or a similar field.
• Strong documentation, research, and organizational abilities.
• Understanding of real‑estate principles and their intersection with technology.
• Interest or experience in startup operations and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with project management tools.
