About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure a premium lounge runs smoothly from the moment the first guest arrives until the last guest departs. The role is behind the scenes, guaranteeing that every technical and logistical element is ready and functional.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the venue for each opening, confirming that lighting, air‑conditioning, sound, screens and all related systems are operational.
- Oversee procurement and maintain inventory levels for drinks, glassware, fuel, cleaning supplies, uniforms, décor and other essentials.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements and upgrades, in a proactive manner.
- Maintain up‑to‑date health, safety and licensing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage relationships with external contractors such as sound engineers, AC technicians and other service providers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in operations management within hospitality, events or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate problems before they become incidents.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across multiple moving parts.
- Capability to manage vendors, timelines and procurement independently.
- Calm under pressure and decisive when needed.
