Operations Manager

About the role

The Waves Apartments is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead guest relations and oversee daily property operations for its 11-unit luxury apartments in Lagos Marina. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and ensure the property maintains the highest standards of service and condition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations, check‑ins, check‑outs and address inquiries with professional poise.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance and security teams to keep the property pristine.
• Oversee booking platforms, track occupancy, manage vendor relationships and handle billing and financial reporting.
• Conduct regular inspections of all units to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Recruit, train and schedule support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or property management leadership.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on high‑end customer service.
• Strong organisational ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent decision‑making regarding property maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (PMS).
• Experience using digital booking channels.
