Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the daily opening, operations and closing of our spa in Lagos. The role ensures that treatment rooms, reception, equipment and facilities are fully operational and that service standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening, operations and closing activities of the spa.
• Ensure treatment rooms, reception, equipment and facilities are fully operational.
• Coordinate staff schedules, appointments, treatment rooms and operational resources.
• Monitor daily operations, resolve issues promptly and conduct operational briefings.
• Manage vendors, procurement, inventory and operational supplies.
• Maintain accurate operational records, checklists, logs and reports.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or facility management, preferably in hospitality, wellness or healthcare support services.
• Strong leadership, organisational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage teams, vendors and multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
