Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our aesthetics clinic in Lagos. You will ensure smooth client flow, uphold high service standards and support the clinic’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, attendance and conduct.
• Maintain excellent client service and manage client flow efficiently.
• Handle clinic documentation, records, reports and administrative systems.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Enforce SOPs, hygiene and operational standards among staff.
• Address client complaints and staff issues professionally.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, external service providers and senior management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in operations or management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, wellness or hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
• Professional appearance, personal hygiene and a confidential, mature attitude.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and resolve problems.
