Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the optimisation of business workflows, eliminate bottlenecks and drive productivity across the company. You will act as the primary troubleshooter, set performance metrics and ensure seamless collaboration between finance, logistics, customer service and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and re‑engineer processes to reduce waste and turnaround times.
• Resolve escalated operational issues quickly to keep projects on track.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics for departments and team members.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between finance, logistics, customer service and sales.
• Allocate resources, tools and personnel efficiently to meet fluctuating demand.
• Draft, implement and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and onboarding.
• Research industry best practices, automation tools and modern management methodologies for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Research or related field (MBA or professional certification a plus).
• 2‑5 years of proven experience in operations management, process engineering or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex bottlenecks and scale systems.
