Operations & Execution Manager

About the role

The Knowledge Education And Engineering Nexus Foundation is looking for a part-time Operations & Execution Manager to turn its strategic goals into concrete quarterly objectives, monthly milestones and weekly deliverables. The role coordinates the Platform Lead and Content Lead, keeps a single source of truth for tasks and progress, and runs a light weekly planning rhythm.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into quarterly objectives, monthly milestones and weekly deliverables.
• Coordinate the Platform Lead and Content Lead without micromanaging their specialist work.
• Maintain a single source of truth for tasks, deadlines, owners, blockers and progress.
• Prepare weekly work plans and run one short weekly planning meeting, with asynchronous progress updates.
• Identify delays, dependencies and recurring problems and propose solutions.
• Document repeatable workflows, onboarding procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, content campaigns, institutional pilots and funding applications.
• Send the founder a concise weekly report covering achievements, risks, decisions needed and next priorities.

Required profile

• A minimum of 2 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.

First 90 days

• Days 1-30: audit current activities, clarify ownership and set up the central task board, weekly reporting and meeting rhythm.
• Days 31-60: run the operating system independently, identify bottlenecks and give both leads clear weekly outcomes.
• Days 61-90: show consistent delivery, fewer founder interventions and documented processes others can follow.

Performance is measured by on-time completion of commitments, fewer tasks waiting for the founder, resolved bottlenecks, reliable weekly reporting and team feedback on clarity of ownership.
