Onsite Property Investment Advisor – Lagos

About the role

We are seeking confident, polished Property Investment Advisors to guide prospective homeowners and investors through their property‑buying journey in a developing residential community near Sangotedo Ajah, Lagos. This client‑facing, field‑based position requires building trust, creating excitement around properties, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with prospective buyers via calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Generate new prospects, build and maintain a personal client pipeline.
• Understand client needs, budgets and investment objectives, and present suitable properties.
• Conduct property inspections, negotiate offers and convert prospects into reservations and completed sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM and consistently achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Highly presentable, well‑groomed and professional.
• Confident, articulate and naturally persuasive with strong rapport‑building skills.
• Persistent, target‑driven and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work in a field environment with occasional transportation challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for client communication.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage pipelines.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools.
