Head of Sales – Real Estate

About the role

The Head of Sales – Real Estate will lead the real estate sales function for a staffing agency, setting targets, developing strategies, and managing a high‑performing team on‑site in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets and develop comprehensive sales strategies for the real‑estate segment.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Oversee client acquisition, retention, and negotiate major deals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments on initiatives and campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Optimize sales processes and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in real‑estate sales or property development, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
