Online Business Manager – E‑commerce Operations

About the role

The Online Business Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Jollof.com’s food and lifestyle brands, including Jollof Kitchen, Sabi Spoon, Afro Fusion and House of Maya. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure that product listings, order fulfilment, customer service and kitchen production run smoothly and meet sales, quality and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the online catalog for all brands, guaranteeing accurate product names, descriptions, pricing, images and availability.
• Collaborate with technology, product and content teams to resolve platform issues that affect orders or performance.
• Monitor the customer ordering experience and propose improvements to enhance usability.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end order fulfilment, working with kitchen, dispatch, delivery partners and customer service to minimise errors and delays.
• Manage daily operational performance of each cuisine brand, ensuring food quality, hygiene, packaging and portion standards.
• Align production planning with online demand, promotions and catering orders.
• Maintain consistent brand experience across all online channels.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operator with a proven ability to manage daily execution in an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong coordination skills to work across kitchen, production, technology and logistics teams.
• Experience in process improvement, performance monitoring and corrective action implementation.
• Familiarity with online food retail, inventory control and cost management.
