Office Secretary

About the role

We are seeking an Office Secretary to oversee daily administrative operations, provide professional support to clients, students and prospective customers, and ensure a welcoming office environment. The role combines office management, customer service and social media coordination to enhance our brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily office administrative activities and maintain accurate records.
• Attend to clients, students and prospects, handling enquiries and supporting conversion.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, classes and other activities.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications via calls, emails, messages and social media.
• Manage and publish content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, monitoring interactions and escalating issues.
• Maintain a professional, organized and efficient office environment.
• Assist with customer service activities, handling enquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information to clients and students.
• Support management with reports, documentation and coordination tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality of company, client and student information.
• Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least an OND in a related field.
