About the role
Gabtar Investment Ltd is hiring a full-time Office Assistant in Marina, Lagos. The role covers general clerical and administrative support, including record keeping, mail handling and meeting coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails and phone calls
- Maintain office records and documents in an organized manner
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Keep the office environment clean and well-organized
- Run basic errands for the office when required
Required profile
- Minimum of SSCE (or equivalent qualification)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask with little supervision
- Professional attitude and reliability
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
