About the role

Capinta Consult Limited is looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care, support clinic operations and contribute to business development initiatives. The role combines clinical duties with activities that help grow the customer base and strengthen partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care, including assistance with sleep studies where applicable.
• Maintain clinic inventory, set up equipment and ensure proper documentation and follow‑up.
• Identify client needs, follow up on leads and support sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, hospitals, clinics and referral partners.
• Support digital and on‑ground marketing activities and represent the brand professionally.
• Keep accurate records, prepare reports and assist with team coordination.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence and relevant clinical experience (sleep, respiratory or general nursing preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in patient care and clinical operations.
• Basic knowledge of medical consumables and equipment is an advantage.
• Business development, sales or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
