Node.js Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Node.js Developer to work remotely on a contract basis, building and maintaining scalable server‑side applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance backend solutions for a global software development leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise backend services using Node.js to support application functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Integrate with databases and third‑party APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently.
