Media Marketing / Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

EstateBooks, a real estate technology brand, is looking for a Media Marketing / Content Marketing Specialist based in Lagos, Marina. The role builds the brand's organic presence and community engagement, using AI-assisted content alongside original writing, and aims to turn engaged audiences into active app users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a content marketing strategy focused on organic growth and brand visibility, creating content for blogs, social media, newsletters and community platforms.
• Use AI tools to generate and optimise content while keeping it authentic and original.
• Design and manage digital campaigns across social media and online communities, working with design and product teams on visuals, videos and infographics, and adjust them for maximum ROI.
• Drive organic traffic through SEO, keyword optimisation and storytelling, build online communities and convert engagement into app users.
• Track KPIs such as organic reach, engagement rates, conversion metrics and customer acquisition cost, and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in content marketing, social media management or digital marketing.
• Ability to use AI-powered content tools alongside organic creation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and copywriting skills, with a creative mindset and passion for brand recognition and community engagement.

• Strong knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.

Performance expectations

• First 3 months: launch a content calendar with weekly blog posts and daily social updates, with measurable growth in organic traffic and engagement.
• 6 months: establish EstateBooks as a recognised thought leader in real estate tech, with a 20-30% increase in organic customer acquisition.
• 12 months: build a sustainable content ecosystem with AI and organic strategies, with consistent growth in brand recognition and user retention.
