Marketing Teacher for Secondary Students

About the role

The Marketing Teacher will join Lead British International School in Ibadan on a full‑time, on‑site basis, delivering engaging Marketing lessons to secondary‑level learners. The role combines curriculum delivery, student assessment, and integration of real‑world business examples.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver Marketing lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Develop instructional materials, assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster critical thinking and problem‑solving.
• Integrate real‑world business and digital marketing examples into teaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and classroom‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse learners.
• Practical marketing and sales experience to support real‑world case studies.
• Knowledge of online marketing tools and contemporary digital practices.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Education or related field; teaching certification is an advantage.
• Experience in an international or blended curriculum environment.
