Marketing Specialist – Construction Industry

About the role

Quema Consulting Limited is looking for a Marketing Specialist to enhance brand visibility and generate leads for its construction projects in Port Harcourt. You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s business and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support overall business goals.
• Plan and run digital and traditional campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyse competitors and spot emerging trends.
• Create and oversee high‑quality marketing collateral such as web copy, blogs, and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
