Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

HelloMe, a forward‑thinking digital banking FinTech, is looking for a highly creative and performance‑driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist. You will design and execute integrated digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention for our cross‑border payment and banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise paid, owned and earned digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and other platforms.
• Manage User‑Generated Content (UGC) campaigns and build Lookalike Audiences to expand reach.
• Implement SEO tactics to improve organic visibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Technology, Compliance, Customer Support, Business Development and Leadership teams to create compelling campaigns and customer journeys.
• Analyse performance data, report ROI and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of planning and delivering high‑performing digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
