About the role
The Marketing Officer will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Vertex Realty Solutions Limited’s real‑estate offerings. You will manage both digital and print campaigns, create engaging content, and support promotional events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Research market trends and analyse consumer behaviour.
- Create, proofread and coordinate content for social media, websites and ads.
- Assist in organising promotional events, trade shows and public‑relations activities.
- Track campaign performance using web analytics and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales, product teams and external vendors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications.
- 2‑5 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the real‑estate sector.
