Marketing Manager – Peak

About the role

As Marketing Manager for the Peak portfolio, you will lead both strategic and operational marketing initiatives to maximise revenue and drive sustainable growth for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage substantial marketing budgets and ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative campaigns and product launches.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales and supply‑chain partners to ensure alignment across the value chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• Significant experience in brand management, marketing strategy and commercial leadership, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand growth strategies.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive innovation.

Required skills

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with a data‑driven approach.
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics and brand‑building principles.
• Financial acumen and expertise in budget management.
