Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing, advertising and promotional activities for a leading player in the banking, finance and insurance sector. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for existing and new products, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with sales and media partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Conduct market research to determine requirements for existing and future products.
• Analyze customer research, market conditions and competitor information.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Expand and develop marketing platforms, including social media.
• Monitor productivity of marketing plans, report on activity and results.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure delivery within agreed limits.
• Report on ROI and key performance metrics.
• Develop pricing strategy and create marketing presentations.
• Liaise with media and advertising agencies and collaborate with the sales function.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices.

Required profile

• Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 36 months experience developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in customer and market research.
• Relevant product and industry knowledge in banking, finance or insurance.
• Experience with digital marketing software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative and presentation skills.
