Marketing Manager

About the role

Homelight Properties Limited is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead business growth and strategy for its real‑estate operations in Abuja. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding market reach, and supporting revenue targets across multiple branches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and feasibility reports.
• Drive expansion plans for all branches across states.
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships.
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that support business growth.
• Coordinate with branch managers, sales teams, and senior management to execute business goals.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of business development officers.

Required profile

• Minimum HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management or related fields.
• At least 3 years proven experience in business development, sales or real‑estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel across branches when necessary.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in market research, data analysis and financial projection.
