Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programmes that showcase Bluetrack Global Technologies’ security and energy solutions. Based in Port Harcourt, the role focuses on driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads and supporting business growth across both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch multi‑channel marketing campaigns for products such as CCTV, smart home automation, solar inverters, electric fencing, fire detection and car tracking.
• Manage digital assets including social media, website, email newsletters, SEO/SEM and online advertising.
• Create compelling content for web, print and social platforms tailored to diverse audiences.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer trend monitoring to inform strategy.
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting tactics to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and operations teams to align messaging and support lead generation.
• Oversee marketing budgets and coordinate external agencies or vendors as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Strong digital marketing background covering social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and online advertising.
• Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer benefits.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
