Marketing Manager – Campaign Development & Content Creation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to design, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation for Astria Learning’s education products. The role blends creative content development with data‑driven performance analysis in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social media, events) and coordinate with designers, content creators and vendors.
• Create and optimise content for websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing and lead‑generation strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and apply brand guidelines to collateral and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, engagement rate and lead quality using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and CRM tools; perform A/B testing and ROI analysis.
• Produce offline marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners) for trade shows, university fairs and partner events, and support event logistics and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with admissions, academic and product teams on cross‑functional projects and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven experience with CRM, email marketing and digital advertising platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
