Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive promotional activities for Scarlet Finance Limited, shaping brand presence across multiple channels and supporting business growth in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement promotional campaigns across social media, print, email and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research, track consumer behavior and evaluate campaign performance against KPIs.
• Oversee creation and distribution of marketing materials such as blogs, brochures, newsletters and promotional assets.
• Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
• Organise and represent the company at events, trade shows or webinars to enhance public presence.
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers and media vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Time‑management and organisational skills.
• Preference for candidates with experience in finance companies, micro‑finance banks, lending firms or similar institutions.
