Marketing Executive

About the role

Archware Technologies International is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and promote its School Management Software in the Port Harcourt and Rivers State region. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, engaging school decision‑makers, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect primary and secondary markets for business opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of the School Management Software.
• Communicate features, benefits, and value proposition to school owners, administrators, principals, and management teams.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvement and competitive positioning.
• Achieve assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Submit periodic marketing and sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with implementation and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of an OND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
