Marketing Executive – Brand & Campaign Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and drive sales. Based in Abuja’s Marina district, you will work closely with senior managers to shape campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement intuitive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch and oversee advertising and communication campaigns.
• Increase brand awareness while monitoring competitor activities.
• Conduct customer surveys to gauge needs, loyalty and market trends.
• Track campaign performance using metrics and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with managers on budgeting, expense monitoring and financial planning.
• Negotiate with vendors, partners and stakeholders to secure optimal marketing outcomes.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Marketing Executive or in a comparable role.
• Female candidates only.
• Strong understanding of market research, data analysis and statistical methods.
• Knowledge of strategic planning principles and best‑practice marketing.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Deep familiarity with the beauty industry, current trends and consumer behaviour.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM or other marketing software.
• Comfortable using social media platforms for digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of makeup.
