Marketing & Business Development Officer

About the role

Isoblack Concept Ltd is hiring a Marketing & Business Development Officer in Lagos (Marina). The role combines lead generation, client relationship building and execution of marketing activities that promote Iso-Black services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, corporate clients, organisations and business partners.
• Proactively reach out to prospects and generate qualified sales leads.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until resolved.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and execute marketing activities that promote Iso-Black services.
• Plan social media content and coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Develop proposals and presentation materials.
• Track leads, conversion rates, sales activity and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with production teams to communicate customer requirements accurately.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2-4 years of relevant marketing, sales or business development experience.
• A portfolio of campaigns, sales achievements or marketing work is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use social media and basic digital marketing tools.
