Marketing & Business Development Officer

About the role

JV Management Consulting Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships within the construction sector. Based on Lagos Island, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing or business development, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Monthly salary of NGN 250,000 plus commission on sales.
