Marketing and Public Relations Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will work full‑time in a hybrid setting based in Lagos. The role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing and PR campaigns that elevate Leadway’s brand, products and services across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel marketing and public relations campaigns.
• Create and manage content for digital platforms, print media and corporate communications.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships and media relations, including press releases.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and track campaign performance.
• Support sales teams with marketing collateral, lead‑generation activities and sales‑enablement materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse data and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Experience supporting sales teams through campaigns and collateral.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy, brand positioning and multi‑channel execution.
• Commitment to high‑quality customer service and relationship management.
• Relevant experience in marketing, public relations or communications, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
