Marketing Advisor

About the role

Leadway, one of Nigeria's largest non-banking financial services providers, is hiring a full-time Marketing Advisor in Lagos. The role is hybrid, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, and covers marketing initiatives across the group's financial services offerings, including insurance, pension funds, health management, asset management and wills and trusts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives supporting the business objectives of the various financial services offerings.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer segments and contribute to marketing plans and campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to create targeted promotional materials, digital content and client engagement strategies.
• Coordinate marketing projects and track campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in financial services, insurance or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Customer service and client engagement, with relationship management and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Sales and marketing skills, including marketing strategy, campaign development and basic sales principles.
• Project management skills, including planning, organizing and monitoring marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (Microsoft Office, presentation software, basic digital marketing platforms) is an advantage.
