Market Sales Specialist

About the role

The Market Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth within the oil and gas corridor by building a robust sales pipeline and acting as the primary commercial liaison for key clients. This senior‑level position focuses on delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions to NOCs, indigenous operators, and Tier‑1 EPC contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with at least 3× revenue coverage.
• Target and engage key clients, including NOCs, indigenous operators, and Tier‑1 EPC contractors.
• Serve as the main commercial contact, identifying challenges and proposing technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations, bid and tender processes, ensuring profitable and risk‑balanced agreements.
• Manage the OEM product sales lifecycle for pumps, valves, fire protection, and instrumentation from prospecting to after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and OEM partners for technical execution, FAT visits, and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client spending cycles; provide forecasts and market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• BSc degree (minimum qualification).
• At least 8 years (96 months) of relevant experience in a senior sales role.
• Proven track record in the energy & utilities sector, particularly oil and gas.
