Luxury Real Estate Sales & Lease Associate

About the role

This is a full‑time, commission‑based sales position with no fixed monthly salary. You will build your own pipeline, source properties and clients, conduct inspections and convert opportunities into lease and sale transactions. Earnings are directly linked to the volume and value of deals you close.

Key responsibilities

• Source quality residential and commercial properties in target locations and secure lease or sale instructions.
• Generate new client leads through prospecting, networking and referrals, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Market approved properties via the company website, property portals and authorised social media platforms.
• Schedule and conduct professional property inspections, qualifying prospects beforehand.
• Manage transactions from enquiry through negotiation, documentation, completion and commission receipt, coordinating with legal and administrative teams.
• Maintain accurate client, property and transaction records using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Outlook, and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Ambitious, commercially minded and comfortable working without a fixed salary.
• Proactive in prospecting, business sourcing and follow‑up.
• Confident communicating with high‑value clients, landlords and developers.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and follow‑up abilities.
• Professional appearance, responsive and able to work independently while adhering to company procedures.
• Willingness to work across Ikoyi, Banana Island, Victoria Island, Lekki and other Lagos locations, including Saturday inspections when required.
