About the role
We are seeking a diligent Loan Monitor to oversee active loans, ensure timely repayments, and maintain accurate loan records. The role involves close interaction with customers to follow up on outstanding payments and support loan documentation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor active loans and customer repayment schedules.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate loan and customer records.
- Identify and report overdue accounts.
- Assist with loan documentation and related administrative duties.
Required profile
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Previous experience in loan monitoring, banking, or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good communication and follow‑up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and target‑driven.
