Learner Acquisition & Partnerships Representative

About the role

Simpletin Consulting is seeking a dynamic Learner Acquisition & Partnerships Representative to drive enrolments for its Simoodle platform. You will combine outreach, lead generation, and partnership development to expand our learner community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to attract prospective learners.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from individuals and partner organisations.
• Identify and build relationships with universities, professional networks, and community groups.
• Develop partnership proposals and manage ongoing collaborations.
• Communicate Simoodle’s value proposition to diverse audiences.
• Support broader marketing and community‑engagement initiatives.
• Track outreach metrics, registrations, and conversion rates.
• Identify improvement opportunities for learner acquisition and platform growth.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Interest or experience in marketing, sales, business development, or community engagement.
• Confidence speaking to varied audiences.
• Self‑starter with a proactive outreach mindset.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work toward measurable targets.
• Organised, capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
• Passion for education, career development, entrepreneurship, or technology is a plus.
